Equity Admission

MyEuronext Platform - For Advisors

Overview

This guide explains how to use the Equity Admission section of the MyEuronext platform as an external user — an issuer representative or advisor. It covers the complete end-to-end workflow across eight steps: understanding your role, navigating the Project List, building a project request step by step, saving a draft, reviewing and submitting, and tracking the outcome. Use the Table of Contents above to jump directly to any section.

Before You Start

  • You must have an active MyEuronext account with the Listing Operator role. If you do not have access, contact your Euronext representative.
  • Have the issuer name and country of incorporation ready, before opening the form.
  • Know the market (e.g. Euronext, Growth) and the location (e.g. Amsterdam, Dublin, Milan) for the admission you are requesting.
  • Have the expected first trading date available — this is a mandatory field.
  • Prepare at least one advisor's email address and their role (e.g. Listing sponsor, Legal advisor). The address must belong to a registered MyEuronext user.
  • Know the expected market capitalisation and the trading currency (EUR, USD, GBP, or NOK).
  • For Milan projects only: have the signed Application Form / Adhesion Form ready as a PDF file no larger than 25 MB before opening the fo

Your Role on the platform

The Equity Admission platform supports equity admission projects across all Euronext markets: Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris.

As an external user, you are assigned the role of Listing Operator — the platform role for issuers and their advisors. You use this role to create and submit project requests and to collaborate on active admission projects.

What you can do

  • Create new project requests and submit them to Euronext for review.
  • Save a project request as a draft and return to complete it later.
  • View and open all projects where you have been added as an advisor by a Euronext case officer.
  • Track the status of your submitted requests from the moment of submission through to a final decision.
  • Upload documents required for your admission (prospectus, application forms, advisor declarations).
  • Communicate with the Euronext team directly within the platform using the Message Center.
  • Manage the list of external advisors associated with your project in the Working Group section.
  • View the project timetable once the Euronext team has made it available.

What you cannot do

  • Approve or reject project requests — this is done exclusively by the Euronext team.
  • View projects belonging to other organisations.
  • Modify the project setup fields after a request has been submitted to Euronext.
Note: You can only see a project if you have been added as an advisor in that project's working group. If you cannot find a project you expect to see, ask the responsible Euronext case officer to add you to the working group.
