MiFID Short Code Hub

This application allows you to associate one or more Short codes with the relevant Responsible Persons. For each short code, you can specify the corresponding FirmIDs, markets and segments.

Upon logging in, users are presented with a page listing all companies available to them according to their access rights.

The list of companies is refreshed every morning to reflect any changes approved the previous day (such as Company Name or Address) in MyEuronext Company Settings. 

For example, a change approved on day T in MyEuronext Company Settings will be visible in the MyEuronext MiFID Short Code Hub application on T+1.

A search function allows users to locate specific companies using either the company name or LEI code. By selecting a company, users are directed to the short codes details page, which displays:

• All contacts with the user role “Responsible Person” (Internal operators will only see the Responsible person with at least one associated short code).
• All short codes currently associated with each Responsible Person"
• For each short code: the associated FirmIDs, markets and segments

It is possible to search for a specific Short code using a dedicated search box.

You will be are able to add, modify or delete Short codes directly within the application. A Short code can be linked to multiple FirmIDs, markets and segments.
